Treatments All my prices including massage, reiki and pamper parties are held at 2008 levels!
Before starting massage therapy you should consult your doctor, therapist or midwife if you are currently receiving any treatment or if you are suffering from a serious medical condition or are pregnant. Your comfort and requirements are of utmost importance and you can have your treatment lying down or sat up on my massage couch, or sat on a chair. You usually come to me in Strensall for your treatment. However I will visit you or your chosen location if you are disabled, if you are having a Pamper Party or if you are booking at least 2 hours of treatment. I charge 50p per mile.
Therapeutic Massage This is a deep tissue massage which can be as gentle or deep as you wish. Massages can be booked from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Reiki Healing This is a very gentle, holistic hands-on (or hands-off if you prefer) healing which is safe and suitable for everyone and all medical conditions. The treatment is carried out fully clothed and does not require a medical history. It is even suitable for hot or inflamed and painful conditions e.g. arthritis or recent sports injuries which should not usually be massaged. It is an extremely effective treatment for reducing pain, stress and its associated conditions e.g. tension headaches, IBS, digestive problems, poor sleep patterns, and energy, emotional or hormonal imbalances.
