I am a natural therapist based in Strensall, York, North Yorkshire.

I have been treating people with a huge variety of symptoms and conditions since 2002. I am delighted to offer customised, natural, adapted and inclusive treatments specific to your unique physical and mental needs.

I am experienced as a therapist and a mother of a young adult with special needs, and I regularly give treatments to wheelchair users and others who are differently abled. You can pick a treatment to suit, or we can discuss your issues and agree a treatment plan from the following;

"I have had reiki before but not for several years. It was great! I saw colours straight away; lots of soft fluid edges of colours turning and mixing like a 3D kaleidoscope. I felt I had energy pouring into my belly button. I have never felt anything like that before. My painful left knee popped during the reiki and I had gentle popping on my face too. I was hot all over even when Sarah wasn’t touching me. Her hands under my head were very cold and at the same time the reiki from her hands was hot.

My pain levels before the reiki were 7/10 (very bad) and afterwards they had reduced to 0/10. I feel lighter, balanced, lifted and pain free."
